Tyler Lockett was selected in the 3rd round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks out of Kansas State. Over his 4 years playing for the Wildcats, Tyler’s numbers improved every year. Of note in 2013 Tyler had 81 receptions for 1,262 yards and 11 TDs. Then in 2014 he posted 106 receptions for 1515 yards and 11 TDs. A feared return man, Lockett finished career at K-State with 77 kick returns for 2196 yards, and 4 TDs, to go along with 32 punt returns for 488 yards and 2 TDs.

Tyler earned All-Pro honors his rookie season in which he had 40 punt returns for 379 yards and a 66 yard TD. Lockett also recorded 33 kick returns for 852 yards and a 105 yard TD. He a solid showing as a receiver as well with 51 receptions for 664 yards and 6 TDs.

In 2016, Lockett posted strong numbers again, this time with 23 kickoff returns for 606 yards, 29 punt returns for 243 yards, and 41 receptions for 597 yards and a 57 yard TD. A dangerous deep threat,  Tyler posted 18 20+ yard receptions and 5 40+ yard receptions in 92 catches. 53 of those resulted in a first down.

His 2017 was impressive enough to earn him a new contract. He totaled 45 receptions for 555 yards, a 74 yard long, added another 23 first downs, and 2 touchdowns. Lockett also had another solid year returning punts (36 returns, 237 yards) and kickoffs (37 returns for 949 yards) recording a 99 yard touchdown.
