Devon Blackmon was a two year starter for BYU in 2014 and 2015 after transferring from Oregon to Riverside CC. He recorded 56 receptions for 799 yards, and showed some promise on return duties for the Cougars. Devon was not selected in the 2016 NFL Draft but did get some nibbles for tryouts. Later he played one season for the SoCal Coyotes in 2017 and also the Spring League in both 2017 and 2018. 
I tried to get his autograph at the Spring League event in Austin (2018), but it was bitterly cold at the event, so like most fans I left.
