CAREER SNAPSHOT:

  • Erik Williams played for tiny NAIA Central State, OH.

  • A small school find by the Cowboys, he was selected in the 3rd round of the 1991 draft.

  • Did not become starter until 1992, when he dislodged starter Nate Newton from his RT position.

  • Sat out a good portion of the 1994 season due to a freak car accident that he was injured badly in.

  • Played for the Cowboys from 1991-2000 and one final season in Baltimore.
