ABOUT
My name is Lee. I began collecting autographs one hot summer back in the 1980s with my friend Josh at Houston Oilers Training Camp in San Marcos, Tx. From there my interest grew into an card collecting and design, while I attended games in the WLAF. After the departure of many NFL teams during the mid 90s to new cities and locales, I turned my attention to underdog leagues such as the Arena Football League and the IPFL. It would be with the rebirth of the Texans in 2002, I’d rediscover the NFL with renewed vigor, and in 2009, through those boxes of cards and autographs in the attic, the hobby I thought I had left behind: Autograph collecting.
Over the past few years I have been selected as a semi-finalist for the 2010 UFL Commissioner of the Day contest, designed a full set of UFL trading cards, spent volunteer time in 2011 with the Christian Okoye Foundation, and interviewed for my dream job as a trading card designer.
It is here I hope to share some of these memories, and also explore some of my thoughts and feelings on many of these players that I have met or gotten the autographs of over the years. This site is dedicated first to those players who made a difference in my day TTM or in person during that small interaction that meant so little to them, however brought a refined moment of crystal clarity in that time of my life. Secondly this site is dedicated to you the reader- the fan. I hope to inspire you today to start or to do the same and share your dreams and memories of your sports memorabilia that people so often do not understand. I have no interest in selling my collection, rather I am only concerned with the legacy of the players, my memories of them, and letting them know that they are not forgotten. This is your Hall of Fame.
