Completed 680 passes for 8,078 yards, 44 touchdowns and 34 interceptions in 35 career games- and a school record 8427 yards.
Was the 17th overall pick of the 2009 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
By midseason, was established as Bucs starter at QB.
In 2010, led Bucs to 10-6 record, passing for 3451 yards and 25 TDs to just 6 interceptions.
Tied for NFL lead with 5 4th quarter comebacks that year.
Passed for career high 4065 yards and 27 TDs in 2012.
Threw 95 yard pass to Vincent Jackson to lead NFL that season.
In 2013, Tampa decided to go in a different direction at QB- and after 5 games was cut.
Spent the remainder of the 2013 season on the roster of the Minnesota Vikings.
Signed and cut by the Giants in 2014 before camp.
Spent 2015 on the preseason roster of the Miami Dolphins.
After failing to latch on with Dolphins, played for the FXFL Brooklyn Bolts.
Joined Indianapolis Colts late in season, and was released the following year.
Caught the attention of the Calgary Stampeders and signed with team in 2018- but retired soon thereafter.

I always thought Josh got a bad wrap. His 2010 was a really solid campaign, and while he did survive the Raheem Morris epoch, he was able to rally the team to a decent 7-9 record while posting some pretty decent numbers.
I had worked with my friend Chris in tracking down Josh’s address. He wasn’t at the top of my list, so I let Chris at him first. After he got a success, I went ahead and put my cards together and sent them out.
In 7 contests, Kaelin had 17 total tackles, a forced fumble, and a sack.
After the league folded, he was selected by the Houston Roughnecks of the XFL 2020.
Over 5 contests Kaelin had 15 total tackles and an interception.

Kaelin has continued to pursue and chase his pro football dreams. I made a bunch of custom cards for former AAFers after the league folded and Kaelin was kind enough to respond to me signing this card for me. It appears he was quite popular, as a few fans also have asked me for copies of it as well.

CAREER SNAPSHOT:
Danny Barrett played from 1979-82 at Cincinnati.
His best year came in 1982 when he threw for 2222 yards (178/324) and 17 TDs (12 INT).
Barrett joined the CFL in 83 and played 16 seasons in the league with stops in Calgary (83-85, 89-91, 96), Toronto (85-88), BC (92-93, 98) and the Ottawa Rough Riders (94-95).
Played one season in 86 with the New Jersey Generals.
Saw playing time at both QB and slot back over his career.
Had back to back 4k passing seasons in 93 (4097) and 94 (4173).
In 93 threw for a then record 601 passing yards while as a member of the BC Lions.
Joined the coaching ranks while still playing in 97 working with QBs in Calgary, then hopped over to BC from 98-99.
Considered a hot prospect, he formally became head coach of the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2000, a role he held through 2006.
Worked in the college ranks from 2007-2015, with the University of Buffalo and UCF.
In 2016, returned to the NFL ranks coaching RBs with the Dolphins, and later the Texans in 2018.

NOTES:
I had a burst of inspiration and sent out quite a few CFL All World cards about this time. I was certain I’d hear back from Barrett as he was a coach with my favorite team, but after not hearing back from him a year later I sort of gave up on getting these back. Lo and behold over 450 days later this showed up in the mail shortly after the Texans 2020 season concluded.
