NOTES:
I remember Jerry being one of the few players at the time that I had cards of for the Glory/ Riders preseason game. The dents on the corners of the Score Supplemental bear the scars of both the preseason game and the infamous Hail Storm Game. I never got Jerry, and put this card away for many years.
Later, when I was coming back to the hobby I put this card aside. I love the Score card, as it not only shows a great action shot of Jerry in a single bar face mask, which was quickly becoming a rarity back then, but also the dirt of Municipal Stadium. Great card.
Played for Auburn from 1983-86, rushing for 2789 career yards.
Had improbable Senior campaign rushing for 1391 yards on 167 carries (8.3 YPC) and 10 TDs.
Drafted by the Packers in 1987 with the 6th overall pick by the Green Bay Packers.
A hardnosed runner- ran for 5 TDs in rookie year on 54 carries but was sidelined by a variety of minor nicks and tears in 87.
During 88 season led the team in rushing (483 yards), kickoff returns, and scoring (8 TD) in just 14 games.
Rushed for a career high 821 yards in 1989 and 5 TDs while hauling in 19 catches.
Comically was caught playing hooky in October 1990 and dealt to the Browns.
Did spot return duty for the Browns over final season in league.

NOTES:
Brent was part of an absolutely loaded backfield at Auburn (Bo Jackson and Tommie Agee) that all saw time in the NFL. He finished 6th in Heisman Trophy voting in 86. Amazingly that was second on the team behind Bo Jackson who won the award.

NOTES:
This is a great looking card of Clarence, and I had always wanted to get it signed. I tried back in 2019 to get him, but ran into a wrong address. I love these players who played a few years, had a few cards and have a great story to tell.
