NOTES:
Great cards here of Greg. It took a lot of digging to find his address but after cross referencing a few sources, and researching his success percentage, I decided to give him a shot on these cards. I rarely get the chance to shoot out Star Pics cards, so this one was a special treat to get back after an extended wait. I love how he signed his Action Packed card in between his two hands. Great placement there.
Was a dominant defensive lineman playing for Notre Dame from 1966-1969 finishing 6th in Heisman voting in 1969.
Second overall pick of the 1970 draft by the Green Bay Packers.
A massive player at the time (6’5″, 290), McCoy’s overall size and strength were his greatest attributes, allowing him to clog the middle of the line.
Played both DT and NT.
Started day 1 of his rookie year and was named the team’s rookie of the year.
Led the team in sacks in both 1973 and 1976.
Played for the Raiders (1977/78), Giants (79/80) and the Detroit Lions (1980).

Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame
NOTES:
My friend Lance now goes back about 10 years. We met through Fanmail and then later hung out at Houston Fan Fest in 2012. We occasionally meet up for events, with the last one being at the Houston Roughnecks/ Tampa Bay Vipers scrimmage. He’s one of the few that gets it, and we bling each other up out of the blue, such as with this Mike McCoy autograph here.
Lo those many years ago I got David TTM via the Bengals and also at Cowboys training camp when he was with the Raiders. I had gotten it into my mind somehow that I had written him at some point in between those dates, but after reconciling my records, realized I had not and had only received an autograph via a bulk purchase that I made back in 2012 or 2013 when my friend was exiting the hobby for a while.
A couple of set needs arose here in the Skybox ‘Colors’ set- one that I had always wanted to collect, but it was too expensive at the time and I was already on my way out of collecting. Other than that the Classic 92 card always looked good with him in his H-Town reds and this Gameday card is a really nice action card set need.
Celebrating the game, the players, the cards, and the autographs for over 25 years.
