CAREER SNAPSHOT:
- Douglas Graber has a long and established history coaching football at every level, starting at high school level back in the 60s.
- By 1969 he entered the college ranks working as a DC at Michigan Tech (1969-’71) and Eastern Michigan (1972-’75).
- He then was a positional coach for DBs at Ball State (1976-’77) and Wisconsin (1978-’81).
- In 1982, Graber took his first head coaching job, leading Montana State to a share of the Big Sky Conference Title at 6-5.
- The NFL came calling in 1983, and Douglas moved to Kansas City where he was the DBs coach for the team through 1986.
- In 1987, he orchestrated the Tampa Bay Bucs defense for two seasons.
- The defense in 1988 improved from 30th to 4th in run defense under his tutelage.
- He’d depart for the HC job at Rutgers in 1990- a position he’d hold through the ’95 season.
- Overall the Scarlet Knights finished with a 35-41-1 record over his tenure.
- Douglas reappeared on the football radar in 2001, taking over as head coach of the Frankfurt Galaxy of the NFLE.
- After a slow start, he’d lead the team to back to back 6-4 records, and a World Bowl victory (XI) in 2003.
- In 2004, he served a single season as the New York Jets defensive backs coach.
- Then served a final year as Ball State’s DC in 2009.

CAREER SNAPSHOT:
- Joey Evans played defensive end at North Carolina from 1998-2001.
- Was Co-Most Improved Player on Defense in 2000.
- Had 38 total tackles, 11 tackles for loss, and eight sacks for 53 yards.
- Started every game in 2001, and posted 40 tackles, 9 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks.
- Seventh round pick of the Cincinnati Bengals in 2002.
- Spent parts of 2002-’03 on the practice squads of the Eagles and Seahawks.
- Seattle allocated Joey to the NFLE to play for the Frankfurt Galaxy in 2003.
- Finished with 8 sacks on the season.
- Showed up big in the World Bowl sacking QB Chris Greisen for a 10 yard loss during a critical drive.
- Had an impressive season dropping the QB 8 times for the Galaxy that year.
- Was waived in camp by the Jets later that year, and spent time on and off the team’s practice squad and roster through 2005.

CAREER SNAPSHOT:
- Josh Whitman played college ball in the Big 10 at Illinois.
- At TE he played from 1997-’00 amassing 51 catches for 545 yards and 7 touchdowns.
- Signed with the Buffalo Bills in 2001 after going undrafted.
- Finished season on the roster of the San Diego Chargers, seeing action in 4 contests.
- Spent the 2002 off season on the Chargers roster but was cut.
- Spent the 2003 off season on the roster of the Dolphins but was cut.
- Played in 2003 for the Frankfurt Galaxy of the NFLE.
- Spent the 2004 off season on the roster of the Seattle Seahawks but was cut.
- Specializing in Law AND Finance, Josh worked as an attorney giving legal support to the NFL.
- In 2010, he jumped into the Athletic Director arena with Wisconsin-La Crosse.
- From there he was the AD at Washington University from 2014-’16, and Illinois from 2016- to the current time of this posting.
